Josie brings over 11 years of experience from working in the community mental health sector to her Advisor role. Having worked in a variety of practitioner, leadership, service development and design roles, she has a wealth of skills and experiences that have led her to become an innovative and highly curious changemaker.
Over the course of her career Josie has utilised her passion for learning to drive systems change for marginalised communities. This change has been driven in a wide variety of service delivery contexts and funding models during times of large-scale reform and shifting legislative landscapes. She brings technical skills in practice development, service implementation, and engagement with consumers, practitioners, and decision makers within these systems.
Josie has completed a Master of Social Work through the University of Melbourne, and holds further qualifications in Counselling, Health and Human services and Community Sector Management.
