
Monika Kaul Guha is an experienced HR professional who comes from a HR Generalist background. She has over 25 years of experience, which is a great mix of Consulting and Industry experience.
Monika has worked extensively in the areas of developing and deploying HR solutions aligned with business strategy. This spans the area of HR Strategy, Organisational Development, Talent Management & Effectiveness, Performance and Total Rewards Management, Organisation Design, HR Process Design, both as a team member and in a project management role.
Monika moved to Australia in 2018 and has worked in the NFP and Health sector. Before moving to Australia, Monika was Head of Talent Management for Integreon in India and prior to that she has worked with organisations like PwC, E&Y, AECOM & KSA Technopak.
Monika has a Postgraduate in Human Resource Management & also has a degree in Hotel Management.
Monika has joined CEI as the Senior HR Advisor for Australia.
