What makes a great Senior Advisor – Impact Evaluation
Our ideal candidate is passionate about and committed to using their skills to improve policy and service delivery that affects people’s lives. With a post-graduate research degree in psychology, health, social science, economics or related discipline you bring extensive, senior-level experience in the use of research and evaluation to inform policy and program development, in government and non-government settings. You are skilled in leading multicomponent research, bringing a high level of integrity and professionalism to your work and relationships and excel at translating findings into feasible solutions for government, the service sector and philanthropic decision-makers.
We understand you may need to learn and develop skills related to implementation science methods and we will support you to do this through mentoring and training.
