Her background in child psychology complements her expertise in organisational development and change management.

Camilla is dedicated to uncovering and developing potential for improvement at individual, team and organisational levels. Her experience as both a clinical and organisational psychologist gives her a unique perspective and toolkit to address complex challenges.
