Caitlin is a researcher and evaluator with experience in the health and social services sector. She has a proven track record of delivering high-quality process evaluations of complex interventions, particularly those aimed at supporting marginalised populations—such as individuals living in social housing, those in out-of-home care, people experiencing economic hardship, and young people involved in the youth justice system.
Her expertise spans implementation science, stakeholder engagement, and mixed-methods research, all of which she applies to inform and improve program design and delivery.
Caitlin is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Melbourne’s School of Population and Global Health, where her research further deepens her focus on the design, implementation, and evaluation of interventions that address health and social inequities.
She holds a Master of Global Health from the University of Sydney, a Master of Public Health from the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from James Madison University in the United States.
