Isolt has a background in academic research, having previously worked at University College London (UCL) and King’s College London (KCL) across projects in Public Health, Health Psychology, and Epidemiology.  Most recently, she worked as a Research Assistant on the Process Evaluation of a Parkinson’s self-management trial.

Isolt has experience in mixed-methods research, systematic reviews in healthcare, and qualitative interviewing with a clinical population. She is interested in the wider social determinants of health and using evidence-based research to reduce social and health inequities.

Isolt has completed a BSc in Psychology at University College Dublin, and a MSc in Behaviour Change at UCL. Her Master's thesis involved a systematic review and qualitative evidence synthesis, examining the barriers and enablers to Pulmonary Rehabilitation referral and participation for people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, using the Theoretical Domains Framework.
