Professor Niki Ellis joins CEI's Board

We are thrilled to announce that Professor Niki Ellis is joining our Board of Directors

Professor Ellis is an expert in evidence-based public health policy and implementation science. She brings a wealth of experience in the use of evidence and implementation science in policy and service innovation, and a strong track record of working with a range of stakeholders to achieve strategic approaches in research translation. Combined with her strong connections within academia, Professor Ellis' background is strongly aligned with CEI's work with policy makers, practitioners, organisation leaders and funders to effectively use evidence to change lives for the better.

In addition to her expertise across a range of social policy areas relevant to CEI's work, including public health and mental health, Professor Ellis will also contribute her experience in measuring social impact, advocacy, strategy and the development of cross-sector partnerships to CEI.

Besides being on the board for the Centre for Evidence and Implementation, Niki is a non-executive director for the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, SuperFriend and DrinkWise; and is a member of the advisory board for the Faculty of Medicine and Health Science at Bond University. She is also the Work for Health Advisor to Comcare.
