CEI Directors Dr Melinda Polimeni and Dr Jessica Hateley-Browne collaborated with the Australian Institute of Family Studies (AIFS), to produce two videos as part of a suite of planning and evaluation resources that aim to support organisations in the implementation of their programs.
The two instructional videos are based on Implementation in Action: A Guide to Implementing Evidence-Informed Programs and Practices, a report written by these Directors, along with Lauren M. Hodge, and CEI Executive Director Robyn Mildon.
The first video -‘Key concepts in implementation’ explains the theory that underpins implementation science. It is available here.
The second video, ‘Implementation in Action’ provides practical tools and checklists for undertaking program implementation using practical examples familiar to practitioners and program managers who work to deliver programs for families and children. It is available here.
