Nur Fadhiilah worked as a teacher's assistant through her undergraduate years and has accumulated experience in working and interacting with children, developing a passion for working with children with special needs.
In line with this at CEI she has worked on projects involving individuals with special needs including evaluations of Presbyterian Community Services’ Educarer Aide and Rainbow Centre – Make Every Preschool Inclusive.
Fadhiilah has been involved in providing research support in evaluating the outcome of the KidSTART initiative and is a project coordinator for the evaluation of Temasek Foundation-Parent Wise Programme.
Nur Fadhiilah graduated with a Bachelors degree in Psychological Science from the University of Wollongong.
