Talking implementation and scaling in Chile

CEI CEO, Dr Robyn Mildon, and Associate Director, Jane Lewis, recently presented a series of workshops on implementation and scaling in Chile. The visit included an invited keynote presentation at the Caminos Globales 2026 conference, a series of workshops, and meetings with government representatives.

A key theme across the discussions and presentations is the critical role of quality, evidence-based implementation in achieving effective and sustained change from social programs.

The visit was hosted by the leading local foundation, Fundacion Luksic.
