Interview: CEI Director Jane Lewis and Associate Director Dr Bianca Albers speak to the Improvement Academy on the topic ‘An intermediaries’ perspective on implementation’

This team has officially launched their Essential Implementation YouTube channel & podcast series with the aim of sharing the latest expert implementation advice & experience.
